Second Jaw Surgery Recovery Day 27: Wire cutting tomorrow

 Tomorrow is the big day when my jaws get unwired. It will be 28 days since my second surgery. I've been carrying around these scissors from the medical center in the unlikely emergency case that I would need to cut my own wires. I'm glad I didn't have to use them, since that might mean longer recovery or in an extreme case more surgery!

I'll report back tomorrow on how I feel after my wires have been cut. I'm hoping to have as little soreness as possible, and an ok range of motion with my jaw. Let's see how this goes...
