Second surgery Day and Recovery Day 1
It's 4am. This is very early. It's dark. We have an hour and a half drive ahead of us. This is it. I will be going in for my second surgery today. I have confidence in my surgeon and am hoping for the best. Tonight I will be recovering in a hotel, then tomorrow night I will return home.
Here's what we picked up at the grocery store last night, in case you're wondering: Ensure, oatmeal, milk, Gatorade, water bottle to squeeze, flimsy plastic cups, Afrin for nose, Vitamin A&D to prevent lips from cracking, ice cream and liquid Motrin.
I wish the tacos on the left were mine. Boy do I wish that.
