Tomorrow is the big day

Tomorrow I will go in for my second and final jaw surgery. The 'final' part is hopeful. The next few days have the possibility of being very unpleasant, but I need to fix the problems in my jaws. I need to fix my chewing, the jaws clicking issue on my left side and the wear and tear happening to my teeth when they meet awkwardly.
